FAQ
Please note that all products may vary in color, saturation, tone, and exact illustration placement from the photos shown. This is a handmade process that does not allow for exact mass production, but leaves you with a one of a kind piece!
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders ship within 7 business days and are shipped USPS Priority or First Class within the continental US. In the case of extraneous circumstances, I will let you know the status of your order. If you need your items by a certain date, please let me know before you place your order, and I can let you know if it's possible. Please understand that sometimes the post office does not deliver on expected dates-- I cannot guarantee the post office, but I will get things out according to their expected arrival guidelines. If you absolutely must have something by a certain date, I recommend ordering in advance. Please understand I cannot refund your item due to a delay from the carrier.
**PLEASE NOTE** Upgrading shipping options at checkout does not make your order ship out faster. It only changes expected transit time by the carrier. Rush processing is an additional fee.
No refunds available on orders deemed non-deliverable by the post office due to incorrect shipping information entered at the time of purchase. This also goes for entering incorrect or old addresses. If you think you misspelled something or shipped it to the wrong place, please email me ASAP so we can get your order where it needs to go! I use shipping software so what you type is what gets put in. I will reach out to you if the address gets flagged in my software, but this can cause a delay in shipment. Please enter an email address you regularly check during checkout!
International buyers-- Please check your local customs laws and make sure you know about any additional fees your country may require.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Ceramics are heavy and postage and packing supplies are expensive. Please understand that this is a one (wo)man show, and I am not Amazon.
This is a gift, can I get it wrapped and with a note?
I do not currently offer gift wrapping. It's more important to me that your breakables are packed appropriately so they can arrive safely! I can include short notes, though! Enter them in at checkout.
Can I do a local pickup?
Local pickup is not available at my studio nor can I drop off an order for pickup at a store.
Such and such mug is sold out. When will there be more?
As of May 2020 ceramics are produced in small batches and released on the webstore to sell until gone. Please subscribe to my email list or watch on social media for bulk updates. They won't be happening often, so if the item you want is in stock, grab it now. Please do not email me asking when ceramics will be in stock. All announcements will be made via the email list and Patreon(psst. Patreon 5 dollar and up subscribers get first dibs too).
Are there discounts for buying multiple items?
Multiple item discounts(like a set of 2 mugs) are not available online. Take advantage if them if you see me in person at a show!
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on unused, undamaged products if received by myself within 30 days of the original purchase(not shipping date). Buyer is to pay return shipping, and original shipping is non-refundable. I recommend insurance and tracking on all shipments, but especially ceramics. If the item arrives to me broken you will have to work out an insurance claim with your carrier, as I will be unable to refund you. If an exchange is desired, buyer must pay shipping both ways for the exchanged product.
No returns are available on custom work.
My item broke in the mail. How do I get a new one?
Occasionally, USPS hires an elephant to sit on a grand piano on my shipments. If you received a damaged product, please send me photos of the broken item and packaging within 5 business days of receipt and I will refund or replace it.
International customers: I will refund your broken item, but shipping is non refundable, and will need to be paid again to receive a replacement. I apologize for this inconvenience. I do my best to pack the hell out of our breakables to avoid this issue.
